The Center for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH)

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the gaps in mental health services for Canadians. These issues affect all of us to varying degrees, yet there is still a huge stigma when it comes to mental health.

"1 in 5 Canadians will experience mental illness in any given year, yet mental health remains on an unequal footing with physical health."

The Center for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is Canada's largest mental health teaching hospital (affiliated with The Univerisity of Toronto). A portion of every item sold in the month of January 2021 will be donated to CAMH.

If you need help, there is support available. If you know someone in crisis, please call the Canada Suicide Prevention Helpline: 1-833-456-4566
